1. Returns and Refunds for Repair Services
Since our business involves providing repair services for iPhones and MacBooks, we do not offer traditional product returns. However, we do offer returns and refunds under certain conditions, which are explained below.
Conditions for Return and Refund Requests:
- Defective Service: If the repair service we performed on your device does not meet the agreed-upon standards or if the issue persists after the repair, you may be eligible for a return or a refund.
- Incorrect Service: If the wrong repair was performed or if we did not repair the correct issue as discussed and agreed upon, we will offer a return or a full refund of the service cost.
- Damage During Repair: If your device was damaged while in our care during the repair process, we will make arrangements to either repair the device again or provide a refund.
Please note that physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or other factors outside of our control is not eligible for a refund.
2. Timeframe for Returns and Refunds
You must request a return or refund within 7 days from the completion of the repair service. Any requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee eligibility for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

- No Additional Charges for Service Failures: If the issue with the repair is our fault (e.g., incorrect service, incomplete repair, or damage caused during the repair), there will be no additional charges for re-repair or a refund.
- Shipping Costs: If you are returning a device or shipping it for inspection, any costs related to shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless we determine that the repair was not done correctly.
- Service Charges for Non-Refundable Repairs: If the repair is found to be correct and there is no fault with the service, the service charges will still apply.
5. Conditions for Non-Refundable Services
The following conditions are not eligible for a refund:
- Customer Misuse: If the issue with the device arises from accidental damage, misuse, or negligence by the customer after the repair service is completed.
- Software Issues: Software-related problems that were not part of the original repair agreement are not eligible for a refund.

6. Warranty on Repair Services
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, which means if the same issue reoccurs within 30 days of the repair, we will fix it free of charge. However, this warranty does not apply to new issues caused by customer negligence, misuse, or damage.
